This double cheeseburger is a classic favorite, stacked with two juicy beef patties, melted cheddar cheese, pickles, and a dash of ketchup – all tucked into a perfectly toasted bun. The ultimate comfort food!

Ingredients:

2 beef patties (about 4 oz each)

2 slices cheddar cheese

1 hamburger bun

2-3 pickles, sliced

1 tablespoon ketchup

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

Cook the patties: Season the beef patties with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Melt the cheese: About one minute before the patties are done, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
