Lobster Cheese & Garlic Rolls

Decadent lobster meat smothered in creamy, garlicky cheese sauce, tucked into buttery rolls, and baked to golden perfection. The ultimate indulgence!

Ingredients:
1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped

4 split-top brioche or New England-style rolls

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
(for garnish)
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the insides of the rolls with this garlic butter for extra flavor.

Make the Lobster Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Fold in half of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Stuff the Rolls:
Generously stuff each roll with the lobster mixture. Top with the remaining mozzarella, cheddar, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for that golden crust.

Bake:
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly with golden-brown spots.

Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm with a wedge of lemon for an extra zesty kick.
