2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 large eggs
1/3 cup condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 pie crust
Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions:
Heat oven to 175°C (350°F). Lay pie crust in a dish.
Whisk sweet potato, sugars, butter, eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Pour into crust and bake for 50-55 minutes.
