One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz egg noodles
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a pan. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same pan for 30 seconds.
Add chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer. Add noodles and cook until tender.
Stir in butter and Parmesan cheese.
Slice the chicken and add it back to the pan. Toss with noodles.
Garnish with parsley and serve!
