Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken Bowl
Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden brown.
Stir in garlic, ginger, and black pepper, cooking for 1 minute.
Pour in soy sauce, honey, and teriyaki sauce, mixing well.
Add pineapple chunks and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve over rice and garnish with fresh basil.
