Soft Cinnamon Rolls with Sweet Glaze
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups spelt flour
1/4 cup agave syrup
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup melted ghee
Filling:
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp softened butter
Glaze:
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation:
Combine water, ghee, agave, and flour. Knead into dough and let rise for 40 minutes.
Roll, spread butter, and sprinkle filling. Slice into pieces.
Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes.
Spread condensed milk glaze and serve.
