One-Pot Garlic Buffalo Ranch Pasta
Ingredients:
12 oz elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 cup milk
1/3 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
Chopped chives for garnish
Steps:
Add pasta, stock, milk, ranch, buffalo sauce, and spices to a pot. Mix well.
Simmer for 12-14 minutes, stirring until pasta is cooked.
Stir in chicken and cheese until melted and creamy.
Garnish with chives before serving.
