Artisan No-Knead Bread
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp yeast
1 ½ cups warm water
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Cover & let rise overnight at room temp.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
Shape dough and let rest for 30 minutes.
Bake covered for 30 mins.
Uncover & bake for another 10-15 mins.
Cool on a wire rack & serve!
