Shredded Chicken & Pepper Hoagies
A fresh and creamy version with sliced avocado!
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp oregano
1 small onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
½ cup chicken broth
1 ripe avocado, sliced
4 hoagie rolls
Instructions:
Sauté onions and peppers in olive oil.
Add shredded chicken, broth, and seasonings. Stir well.
Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
Fill hoagie rolls and top with avocado slices before serving.
