Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate cookie pieces
1 quart caramel ice cream, softened
1 cup chocolate ganache
½ cup crushed graham crackers
½ cup toffee bits
1 cup whipped cream
1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions:
Prepare a lined loaf pan.
Press half of the cookies into the base.
Spread a layer of caramel ice cream.
Drizzle with chocolate ganache and sprinkle toffee bits.
Add another layer of cookies and ice cream.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of maple syrup.
