Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup chopped chives
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
Beat eggs, then mix in cottage cheese and cheddar.
Season with salt and pepper, stirring evenly.
Pour into a baking dish and top with chives.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
