Bacon Egg & Cheese Croissant
Ingredients:
2 croissants, 4 slices bacon, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded), 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, fresh thyme (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook bacon in a pan until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
2. In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
3. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then cook gently, stirring until soft and fluffy.
4. Slice croissants in half and toast lightly.
5. Fill with scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar, and crispy bacon.
6. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm.
