Peach Caramel Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup sour cream
For the Topping:
3–4 fresh peaches, sliced
½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 8–10 minutes. Let it cool.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture over the cooled crust.
3. Bake the Cheesecake:
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Assemble the Topping:
Arrange fresh peach slices on top of the chilled cheesecake.
Drizzle caramel sauce over the peaches just before serving.
