White Chocolate Caramel Truffles
Ingredients:
200g white chocolate, chopped
100g caramel sauce
50g heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Extra melted white chocolate for coating
Caramel drizzle and powdered sugar for decoration
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine white chocolate, caramel sauce, and heavy cream. Melt the mixture in a double boiler until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until firm enough to roll.
3. Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls, then chill again for 30 minutes.
4. Dip each ball in melted white chocolate and let the coating set on a parchment-lined tray.
5. Drizzle caramel over the truffles and sprinkle with powdered sugar for decoration. Serve chilled.
