Cheesy Bacon Beef Rigatoni Bake

Ingredients:

12 oz rigatoni pasta

1 lb ground beef

6 slices bacon, chopped

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp paprika

1 tbsp chopped chives

Instructions:
Cook rigatoni according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy, then remove and drain. In the same skillet, cook ground beef until browned, then add onion and garlic, cooking until softened. Stir in heavy cream, beef broth, salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes. Mix in cooked pasta and half of the bacon. Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheeses, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until bubbly. Garnish with remaining bacon and chives before serving.
