Pepperoni-Stuffed Pizza Roll
Ingredients:
1 roll of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup diced ham (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp melted butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Dough:
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
3. Add the Filling:
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the dough, leaving about 1 inch around the edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Add a layer of pepperoni slices and diced ham (if using).
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top.
4. Roll and Seal:
Starting from one of the longer edges, roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
Pinch the seams and ends to seal.
5. Bake:
Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the top with melted butter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
6. Add Toppings:
Remove the roll from the oven and spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on top.
Sprinkle more mozzarella cheese and arrange extra pepperoni slices on top.
Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Serve:
Let the roll cool for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and slice into pieces.
Serve with additional marinara sauce for dipping.
