Cheesy Garlic Potato Bake
Ingredients:
4 cups diced potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Place in the prepared baking dish.
3. Pour heavy cream evenly over the potatoes. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
