Honey Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Honey Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

500g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped pecans

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
.

2. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:

In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
.

3. Roast:

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
.

Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and caramelized
.

4. Add Toppings:

Remove from the oven and toss with chopped pecans and sesame seeds
.

5. Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm
.
