Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)
—
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ground Beef:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 7-10 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from heat and drain excess fat.
2. Make the Burger Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and hot sauce (if using). Adjust seasoning to taste.
3. Assemble the Wraps:
Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
Spread a generous amount of burger sauce onto each tortilla.
Add a layer of cooked ground beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pickle slices.
4. Wrap:
Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly like a burrito.
5. Toast the Wraps:
Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired. Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
