Creamy Mushroom Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
300g penne pasta
2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms are tender.
3. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4. Add the cooked pasta and mix well to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Top with grilled chicken slices and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
