Spicy Udon Noodles with Minced Meat

Ingredients:

400g udon noodles

250g minced meat (beef or pork)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon chili paste or chili oil

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth

2 green onions, finely chopped

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the Noodles:

Boil the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside
.

2. Cook the Meat:

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat
.

Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant
.

Add the minced meat and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks
.

3. Prepare the Sauce:

Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, and sugar
.

Add the chicken or vegetable broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes
.

4. Combine:

Toss the cooked udon noodles into the skillet and mix until well coated with the sauce
.

5. Serve:

Transfer to a bowl, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot
.
