Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
½ cup (100g) brown sugar
¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups (135g) rolled oats
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well. Gradually stir in dry ingredients, then fold in oats. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
