Peanut Butter Oat Bites

A No-Bake, Energy-Packed Snack for Anytime Cravings

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2. Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form the mixture into small bite-sized balls or flatten slightly into discs.

3. Place the bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
