Cheesy Bacon Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
1 baguette, halved lengthwise
4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic and parsley.
Toast the Bread
Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the baguette.
Place the bread on a baking sheet and broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy.
Add the Toppings
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the bread.
Top with crumbled bacon.
Bake
Return to the oven and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve Hot
Garnish with more parsley for a fresh touch and serve immediately.
