2largeegg whites, beaten

1/3cupseasoned breadcrumbs

2tbspParmesan cheese

kosher salt and fresh pepper

1tbspbutter

1tspolive oil

lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Season cutlets with salt and pepper.
