6minibell peppers, red yellow and orange
2minicucumbers, sliced in quarters or halved
3radishes, quartered or veggies of your choice
1teaspoonextra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonchopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
1teaspoonZa’atar
Instructions
- Combine cottage cheese and dill in a small bowl, drizzle with olive oil and top with Za’atar and fresh dill.
Place on a plate or small platter with cut up fresh veggies.
