Ingredients

1poundthin sliced chicken breasts

1/2cupmayonnaise

1teaspoonminced garlic

1/2teaspoononion powder

1teaspoonItalian seasoning

1/4teaspoonpaprika

1/4teaspoonsalt

1/8teaspoonpepper

3/4cupshredded parmesan

¼cupgrated parmesan

1/2cuppanko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Combine your mayonnaise and seasonings in a small bowl.

Use paper towels to pat your chicken dry. This helps the mayo stick.

  • Use a basting brush and brush the mayonnaise mixture onto each side of the chicken.
  • In a rectangular dish, combine the parmesan cheese and panko crumbs.
  • Lay one chicken breast at a time in your cheese and panko, patting the chicken until it is completely coated. Lift the breast out and shake any loose breading off.
  • Continue until all of the chicken is coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees F. Spray the inside of your basket.
  • Two breasts at a time, lay your chicken down, matching the thickness as close as you can for even cooking.
  • Cook for 8 minutes and then carefully flip for an additional 4-6 minutes.

Serve with your favorite sides, and enjoy!

Notes

Simply slice a chicken breast in half lengthwise and use a tenderizer to pound it as thin as you like.

Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

You may need to adjust the cooking time for the thickness of the chicken breasts.
