Ingredients
4 1-inchthick boneless pork chopsfrozen
1 ½teaspoonssmoked paprika
1teaspoonbrown sugar
½teaspoonkosher salt
½teaspoonblack pepper
¼teaspoononion powder
¼teaspoongarlic powder
⅛teaspooncayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F.
- Place the frozen chops in the air fryer in a single layer. Defrost the chops in the air fryer for 5 minutes.
- While the chops defrost, mix together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- When the timer is done, open the basket and remove the chops to a cutting board. Spray them with cooking spray, then sprinkle the dry rub on all over the chops.
- Return the chops to the fryer basket and continue cooking for 12-18 minutes (depending on the thickness of your chops), or until the middle is no longer pink, and reads 145 degrees F when probed with a meat thermometer.
- Allow the chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
