1flour tortilla shell
½teaspoonolive oil
1-2tablespoonspizza saucedepending on preference
¼cupshredded mozzarella cheese
Pinchoregano
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400 F
Place the tortilla in the basket, then spread the oil over the entire surface
- Add the sauce and spread in the center, leaving a ½” border
Sprinkle the cheese evenly overtop of the sauce, then sprinkle oregano on tip
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, until tortilla is golden and the cheese is bubbling
Serve warm.
