Ingredients
1 1/2cupsflour
1teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspooncinnamon
3medium bananasmashed (about one cup)
1/4cupcanola oil
1large egg
1teaspoonvanilla
3/4cupsugar
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 310 F. Grease and flour a loaf pan (8×4 or 9×5 with no ledges will fit in most square air fryers)
- In a small bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, set aside
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas, then stir in the egg, canola oil, and vanilla extract
- Mix in the sugar, then add the flour and stir until just combined.
- transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan, then air fry in preheated air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean
- Allow to cool 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
