Ingredients
16-ozcan wild salmon
1largeegg
3tablespoonsseasoned panko, or gluten-free
1tablespoonFranks hot sauce
1tablespoonlight mayo
1teaspoonDijon mustard
2tablespoonschopped scallions
olive oil spray
lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
