Ingredients
5ozcanned albacore tuna, drained
1tbspcapers, drained
1tbspextra virgin olive oil
1tbspred wine vinegar
2cupsarugula
1cupcooked whole wheat pasta, from 2 oz dry (or GF pasta)
fresh black pepper
1/2ozfresh shaved Parmesan
Instructions
