Ingredients
4.5 ounce cantuna in water, drained
1/4cupcarrots, minced
1/4cupminced celery
1tablespoonred onion, minced
1tablespoonlight mayonnaise, Hellman’s Light
1teaspoonred wine vinegar
salt and pepper
2sliceswhole wheat bread
2slices2% reduced fat cheddar, or American cheese
2slicestomato

Instructions
- Combine tuna, celery, carrots, onion, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet or griddle over low heat.
Spray skillet with oil, and place two slices of bread on top.
- Top bread with cheese, then tuna salad and tomato. Cover and cook on low heat until cheese melts and bread gets toasty. Serve immediately.
