Overnight oats are the easiest way to work a healthy breakfast into your morning! No cooking required, they’re a hearty breakfast packed with fiber, vitamins, and nutrients.

Ingredients

1/4cupquick oats, I prefer organic, you can use gluten-free, or protein oats

1/2cupmilk, use milk of choice

1/2medium banana, sliced (use the other half as a topping)

1/2tbspchia seeds

1/2cupblueberries, divided

monk fruit sweetener, stevia, or your favorite sweetener, to taste

pinchcinnamon

for the topping:

1tbspchopped pecans, or any nuts or seeds

Instructions

Place all the ingredient in a jar, shake, cover and refrigerate overnight.

  • The next morning, add your favorite crunchy toppings such as nuts, granola, etc and enjoy!
