Meal Prep Recipe Greek Yogurt and Granola Banana Split

Thick, creamy yogurt, sweet jam and crunchy granola- these Greek yogurt and granola banana split parfaits are your dream meal prep breakfast.

Ingredients

2medium bananacut in half and sliced lengthwise

2cupsGreek yogurt

1cupfresh berries

1cupgranola

½cuplow sugar jam

¼runny peanut butter

Instructions

In a glass jar or bowl arrange both slices of half of the banana.

In your glass jar, add a layer of the yogurt (about ¼ cup), top with fresh berries, a sprinkle of granola and 1 tablespoon of jam. Repeat once more. Finish with a drizzle of peanut butter and enjoy.
