Description

This sugar-free, virgin Mojito mocktail is refreshing when you want an adult cocktail, without the alcohol. Filled with lime, fresh mint and lemon-lime seltzer, they’re perfectly enjoyable to drink.

Ingredients

10smallfresh spearmint leaves

1/2mediumlime, cut into 3 wedges, divided

1tablespoonmonk fruit sweetener, stevia, or sugar

7ounceslemon-lime seltzer, club soda, or sugar-free lemon-lime soda

1cupice cubes, as needed

Instructions

In a sturdy tall glass, place the mint leaves and 1 lime wedge. Use a muddler and crush the mint and lime to release mint oils and lime juice.

Add remaining lime wedges and 1 tablespoon sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture.

Fill the glass almost to the top with ice and fill the glass with club soda.

  • Stir and garnish with a few sprigs of mint. Serve with a straw.
