14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 pint (16 fluid ounces) heavy whipping cream, chilled
2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chunks, (optional)
Instructions
Place the cream in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.
With the mixer on low speed, add the sweetened condensed milk in a slow,.
