½ cup (40 g) Dutch-processed or natural cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar

MAKE THE COOKIES
Preheat your oven to 300°F. Line rimmed baking sheets with unbleached.
